OS X 10.11.3 is GA

Hello all, This dropped today, and it is very minor.  There are two URL’s associated with this release. https://support.apple.com/en-ca/HT205356 which didn’t’ resolve at first but does now.  Not much info though! https://support.apple.com/en-ca/HT201222 which doesn’t have any  info that applies.  Update
