iOS 9 is here!

Hi there,

I have been waiting for this.  Things work a little faster, and I love the idea of split screen and I think the 3D Touch (with a new phone which is on order) is pretty handy .

I have updated two old iPads and an iPad Air 2, and an iPhone 4s and an iPhone 6s.  All via iTunes and all went fine.  It works good on an iPhone 4s.  Wow.

Just below are some interesting iOS 9 links, and below that is the release notes.

BTW, do an encrypted backup, or two, before you upgrade.  Don’t forget that an encrypted backup backs up more then a Cloud does.  Also I never do upgrades over the air.  Always through iTunes.  I believe that is safer - meaning it manages disk space better and seems to be more reliable.
