But the last article finished with vRA installed, and functional, but now … Continue reading vRealize Automation - configuring vSphere endpoint

Hello all, I got home this week and have a week or two at home so that is pretty cool. I had an amazing time at the Disaster Recovery Journal Spring event. I recommend it if you are responsible for, or work in, BCDR. It was something dealing with people that get BCDR. Met some … Continue reading Newsletter: March 30, 2019
Patches outstanding can slow recovery
I have seen this happen with Veeam Replication, as well as Zerto. Microsoft patches are downloaded, and some of them need to install at boot so that is scheduled. I have seen when Zerto replicated the VM when the patches were not quite finished being configured to install at boot. That impacted the start of … Continue reading Patches outstanding can slow recovery

Truly it was a big deal when I introduced people to virtualization and later vMotion. In those days I was Professional Services so … Continue reading Thank you VMware - vExpert 2019!
